2. Technology Link-ups and Process Integration

ETA is seeking additional alliances with scientific and technological firms. Through such ventures, we intend to continuously add improvements to the current systems and to expand our range of products and services.

· Direct Investment in ETA, Inc. 

Funds are needed to underwrite the development of the company, its technology and its international marketing program. 
· Investment in a Specific Territory

Funds are being sought for the development of specific territories. In most cases, the
participating investors will likely be involved in the management of the territory.
· Investment in Product Development

Certain investors may have a highly focused interest in specific products, such as ones that are relevant to their business interests or to their specific region. For example, building contractors may wish to invest in the development of products which will enhance their construction operations, whereas certain agricultural enterprises may wish to support research leading to improved fertilizers or growing mediums for their particular crops.
